FAQs
To get the most out of your Reiki session, it helps to arrive in a calm, open state. Wear comfortable clothing and eat lightly beforehand—avoid heavy meals, caffeine, and alcohol for a few hours prior. Hydration is key, so drink water before and after your session.
Take a few moments to reflect on your intention: What do you hope to release, receive, or gain clarity on? You don’t need to have all the answers—just being open to the experience is enough.
If it’s your first time, feel free to share any physical or emotional concerns with your practitioner. This helps tailor the session to your needs and ensures a safe, supportive environment. Most importantly, give yourself permission to relax and simply be. Reiki works best when you allow the energy to flow without expectation.
After a Reiki session, many people feel lighter, more grounded, and emotionally clear. You might experience deep relaxation, heightened senses, or a sense of inner peace. Some notice immediate relief, while for others, subtle shifts unfold gradually over the following days.
It’s common to feel tired or thirsty afterward, so we encourage you to drink plenty of water and rest to support your body’s integration of the energy work. Emotional releases or physical sensations—like tingling or warmth—may also occur as your system rebalances.
Everyone’s experience is unique, so give yourself space to reflect, journal, or simply be present. Reiki continues working beyond the session, helping you align with your natural state of wellness.
Each session is unique. Some clients feel tingling, warmth, or tension that releases during the session, while others simply feel relaxed. You may also experience emotions, memories, or visual impressions like colors or images. All sensations and emotions are welcome as part of the healing process.
Absolutely! We can tap into your energy from anywhere, with your permission. While there is not the physical sensory experience of light touch - the emotional, mental and spiritual effects are just as potent. If you are interested in incorporating Apitherapy into your session, we highly suggest you purchase one of our Apitherapy Wax Melt Kits prior to your session.
To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours' notice. Shorter notice or missed appointments will result in a forfeited session fee. While all session fees are non-refundable, they can be transferred to a future session with proper notice.
