Raw Wildflower Honey
Harvested each August from our apiary in Snoqualmie, this small batch wildflower honey reflects the landscape our bees call home. As the season turns, honeybees gather nectar from surrounding forests, alpine meadows, and wildflowers, producing a honey that carries the character of the place it comes from.
Unfiltered and minimally handled, it retains the natural enzymes, pollen, and subtle variations that make each harvest unique. The result is a honey that is rich, floral, and alive with the complexity of the season.
Enjoy it by the spoonful, stirred into tea, or drizzled over warm bread, fruit, and yogurt.
