Shipping
Every order is handmade in small batches and packed with care by our team in Snoqualmie, Washington. We fulfill orders within 3 business days and ship via USPS or UPS, with a tracking number sent as soon as your package is on its way. During warm months, body butters are packed with insulated materials to protect them in transit — please bring your package inside promptly, as melted product from heat exposure after delivery is outside our control and not eligible for replacement.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at contact@thekeeperscollective.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll make it right. We stand behind every product we ship and want you to love what you receive.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. To qualify, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase & returned within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, contact us at contact@thekeeperscollective.com. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package to:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@thekeeperscollective.com.
