Wholesale inquiries are always welcome. We partner with select retailers who align with our values and aesthetic. Reach us directly at contact@thekeeperscollective.com or browse and order through Faire.
Our current line sheet and order form are provided directly by our team. To request them, email us at contact@thekeeperscollective.com and introduce yourself and your business. We'll send you everything you need to get started. We update the line sheet seasonally as new products are added or limited batches become available, so it's always worth checking in at the start of each season.
Placing an order with us is straightforward:
- Review our current line sheet and complete the attached order form, then email both to contact@thekeeperscollective.com.
- We'll confirm your order and send an invoice within 2 business days.
- Once payment is received, we'll begin preparing your order for shipment.

One thing worth knowing: our seasonal body butter scents aren't available through Faire. Those limited runs sell out quickly and are only available by ordering directly with us at contact@thekeeperscollective.com. If you'd like to be notified when a new seasonal scent drops, just reach out and we'll add you to the list.
Yes, for your first order, please provide a copy of your valid reseller's permit. This is required before we can process a wholesale transaction. It's a straightforward step and we'll remind you when we send your invoice.
We accept checks and credit cards. Please note that a 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments. Checks should be made payable to Keeper's Collective.
Our products are made in small batches, which means inventory is intentionally limited. For core products, we maintain a regular production schedule and do our best to keep stock available for reorder. Most wholesale orders ship within 2-4 weeks.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. During summer months (June through September), two-day shipping is required for all orders containing whipped body butters. This ensures they arrive in their proper whipped texture and condition. We'll include the shipping cost in your invoice based on the size and destination of your order.
Our body butters are made with pure, natural ingredients that love warmth almost as much as your skin does. During summer months, all orders are packed with insulated materials to protect them in transit. Once delivered, please bring your package inside promptly we can't guarantee product integrity if it's left in a hot mailbox, on a sunny porch, or inside a parked car. Melted product due to heat exposure after delivery is outside our control and not eligible for replacement.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@thekeeperscollective.com with photos of the damage. For whipped body butters specifically, please open and inspect your shipment promptly upon arrival and notify us within 1 business day if there are any concerns. We take our shipping procedures seriously and stand behind the condition of every order we send.
All wholesale orders are final, if anything arrives damaged we need need to be notified within 48 hours of your shipment delivery at contact@thekeeperscollective.com.
No. Products must be sold in their original packaging and may not be rebranded or altered. By entering into a wholesale agreement with us, you agree to represent our products in a manner consistent with our brand values and standards.
We ask that wholesale partners present Keepers Collective with the same honesty and integrity we bring to everything we make. That means accurate ingredient communication, thoughtful placement in your space, and no promotional claims that go beyond what we've documented. We're a small, hands-on brand built on trust, your customers will feel that if you show it to them correctly, and they'll come back for it.
We're committed to making it easy for your team to represent our products authentically and confidently. Available materials include:
- Product one-sheets with full ingredient lists, benefits, and usage guidance
- Brand overview and story document for staff training
- Social media assets: product photography, captions, and brand copy you can use directly
- Point-of-sale educational product cards formatted for both staff use and customer-facing display
All materials are provided in digital format. If you have a specific need, a different format, a custom insert for your packaging, or something tailored to your customer base, each out and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Once you're set up as a wholesale partner, we'll add you to our wholesale newsletter list. You'll receive advance notice of seasonal launches and limited-edition batches, updated line sheets at the start of each season, and periodic check-ins from our team. We're a small operation, which means communication is direct and personal. You'll always be talking to our team directly, not a customer service system. Please not, our seasonal scent collection of body butter is available only to wholesale accounts who order directly through email with us – not on Faire.
