finders, keepers.
in the foothills of Snoqualmie honeybees gather nectar in our apiary m o v i n g through wildflowers and the surrounding forest. from this living landscape come the ingredients at the heart of every formula we make wildcrafted in small batches made with you in mind.

In sacred collaboration with honeybees

Most of what we call skincare today is made in labs and sold with stories borrowed from nature rather than rooted in it. We exist because we believe there’s a better way to tend to yourself.

Small-batch formulas crafted from honey, propolis, beeswax, and other gifts of the apiary, made with care for the land, the energy of the work, and the quiet intelligence of nature that has been perfecting these ingredients for millions of years.

From the Hive and the Garden

INGREDIENTS
  • Raw honey is one of the central ingredients in Keeper's formulas because it acts as a natural humectant, drawing moisture into the skin while helping it retain hydration. It also contains enzymes, antioxidants, and naturally occurring compounds that soothe the appearance of irritation and support skin resilience. Unlike refined honey, raw honey retains pollen and active compounds that contribute to its restorative and protective qualities.

  • Propolis is a resin-like substance bees collect from trees and plants to seal and protect the hive. In skincare, it is a richly bioactive ingredient dense with flavonoids and antioxidants that helps visibly calm redness, comfort the look of stressed skin, and support the skin's natural resilience against environmental aggressors. It acts as a natural shield that reinforces the skin barrier and contributes to a balanced, fortified complexion.

  • Beeswax forms a breathable protective barrier that seals in moisture while still allowing the skin to breathe naturally. It acts as both an emollient and a natural stabilizer in balms and creams, helping formulas stay rich and protective without clogging pores. Rich in vitamin A and naturally occurring compounds, beeswax helps visibly soften the look of rough, dry skin and contributes to a smooth, conditioned complexion.

  • Royal jelly is the nutrient-dense substance worker bees produce to nourish the queen bee, making it one of the most concentrated biological substances in the hive. Rich in amino acids, vitamins, proteins, and fatty acids, it is a deeply nourishing addition to skincare that is prized for its ability to support hydration, contribute to the look of improved skin vitality, and help visibly reduce the appearance of fine lines and a more supple complexion.

  • Wildflowers have long been cherished in skincare for the gentle yet effective qualities they bring to formulations. Calendula, lavender, chamomile, bee balm, and wild rose each contribute their own character. From calendula's visibly soothing properties and chamomile's ability to help calm the look of sensitivity, to lavender's balancing effect on the complexion and wild rose's richness in antioxidants that support a luminous, even tone. Bee balm adds a bright, aromatic complexity while contributing to the overall comfort of the skin.

Meet Jillian .𖥔 ݁ ˖

Jillian is the founder and keeper behind Keeper’s Collective. A beekeeper, Reiki practitioner, and birth and postpartum doula, her work is rooted in care for people, land, and the living systems that sustain both. She has dedicated her life to nurturing balance, deepening connection, and tending the kind of care that reaches beyond the present and into the generations that follow.

"My great uncle kept bees in Minnesota. I followed him through those hives every summer I could, too young to understand what I was learning. Now I understand, he was showing me how to pay attention."

– Jillian

The roots of Keepers Collective ⋆✴︎˚。⋆

Keepers Collective is a practice rooted in tending pollinators, caring for community, and honoring the earth in the way things are grown, gathered, and made.

Through small-batch formulations and healing work shaped by the wisdom of the hive, the work here reflects a quiet belief: when we care for the living systems around us, we help create a more balanced and connected world for the generations that follow.
